Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of https://nexgendrilling.co.in and the courses offered by NexGen Drilling & Safety Academy Private Limited [confirm exact registered name and CIN once incorporation is complete], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], India ([GSTIN, if registered]) ("NexGen", "we"). By creating an account or buying a course you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18, give accurate details and keep your password secret. Each account is for one person. Sharing logins or course materials is not allowed, and we may suspend accounts that do.

2. What our courses are — and are not

NexGen courses are introductory, self-paced online education. They:

are not an accredited or government-recognised qualification unless a course page expressly states a specific accreditation;
do not provide well-control certification (such as IADC WellSharp or IWCF);
do not authorise you to operate drilling, well-control, lifting or any other equipment;
do not replace site inductions, employer training, permits to work or operator procedures.

We do not promise employment, job placement, promotion or any particular career outcome.

3. Certificates

A Certificate of Completion is issued when you meet the completion requirements shown on the course page. It confirms that you completed the course; it is not a licence or accreditation. We may revoke a certificate obtained through cheating, account sharing or payment fraud.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) [inclusive / exclusive] of applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Razorpay. Access is granted only after payment is confirmed by our payment provider. Coupon codes are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Access period

Unless a course page states otherwise, you have access to a purchased course for [12 months / the lifetime of the course on the platform] from the date of purchase. We may update course content to keep it accurate.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials (text, videos, slides, diagrams, workbooks, assessments) belong to NexGen or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal learning only. You may not copy, record, resell, publish or share them.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, bypass payment or access controls, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful content.

9. Safety disclaimer

Oilfield work is hazardous. Course content is general education and may not reflect the equipment, procedures or regulations at your workplace. Always follow your site induction, employer and operator procedures, permits and the instructions of competent supervisors.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NexGen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from applying course content in operational settings. Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. You may close your account at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY], India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have.
